Saif holds double master’s degrees from the University of Portsmouth, England, in Satellite Engineering, and a master’s in Computer Engineering from Heidelberg, Germany. With a rich background of living in multiple European countries—12 years in Germany, 5 years in Italy, and 1 year each in England and France—Saif has traveled to over 60 countries and predominantly worked for US companies such as Fortinet, TrendMicro, Splunk, FireMon, and Netskope. Currently, he serves as the CTO and a shareholder of iSolution, which offers a comprehensive range of security services across the Middle East, including GRC, SOC as a service, endpoint protection, VAPT, security awareness programs, and email and server protection.

At the summit, Saif will address the evolving field of cyber security, particularly in the context of Iraq, where challenges range from personal to business and government security. He will discuss how cyber security is integrating with AI tools, creating new job opportunities and enabling businesses to capitalize on emerging technologies. Saif will emphasize the importance of cyber security in driving innovation and participating in digital transformation, particularly for the youth in the audience.
