Carolina Rossi is the Head of Network and Strategic Initiatives at ESNA, playing a pivotal role in the growth of the startup ecosystem in Europe and Latin America. With over a decade of experience in identifying and supporting 1,000 startups and scaleups worldwide, Carolina has founded three ventures and brings a hands-on approach to developing startups into global players, focusing on fast scalability and acceleration. She has consulted for The World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, and is a founding member of Start-Up Chile. An expert in deep-tech subjects like blockchain and decentralization, Carolina has been recognized as an SOSV Fellow (USA), Harvard Social Venture Fellow (2009), and has mentored over 1,000 female entrepreneurs in Europe through the Horizon Project: The Break Fellowship. She holds an MBA from Luiss Business School and is also an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School in Madrid.

At the summit, Carolina will reflect on her journey and lessons learned in building and adopting policies and regulations that accelerate digital transformation. She will share insights from her role at ESNA, discussing how European policies can inspire similar initiatives in Iraq, creating more opportunities for individuals, businesses, and governments to transform challenges into opportunities.
