Ahmed Tarek Al-Hashimi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Technology and has numerous professional certifications in banking, including a Human Resources Diploma from the American Human Resources Institute and a Leadership Management certification from the British Leadership Institute. As the Deputy Executive Director of the Iraqi Private Banks League, Ahmed has spent 13 years enhancing the banking and economic business environment and spearheading digital transformation. His memberships in the Iraqi Engineers Syndicate, the International Union of Arab Bankers, and the Tamkeen Fund Board of Directors, among others, underscore his commitment to the field.

At the summit, Ahmed will present data on the rapid growth of digital adaptation in banking, share lessons learned, and offer future projections. He will discuss the Masrafna App, an omni-channel communication platform for banks and financial institutions, highlighting opportunities for young people to innovate and succeed in the digital banking landscape.
